Our services include one-to-one personal training sessions (especially for fitness beginners), as well as online personal training, regardless of fitness level of the client. We train both in fitness facility and home environment, depending on client needs and lifestyle.

Online personal training

It is a great option for people with busy lifestyles, when scheduling a training session is challenging. Additional advantages are lower costs of online programing comparing to face to face sessions, and freedom when it comes to training environment (gym facility, home environment, park, etc.).

We provide every client with progressive programming and nutrition customized to individual needs and health status. As a part of our online service, we supply you with videos visualizing exercise technique and guidelines how to make the best of your program. Nutritional advice makes a big part of our service, it is based on your needs, lifestyle and aimed to gradually implement healthy eating habits.
